Jason transitioned into real estate brokerage after a career in the remodeling industry. Having successfully run his own contracting business for over 10 years, Jason brings a level of efficiency, comfort with negotiation, and eye for contract detail well-suited for the broker role. Having been party to many real estate transactions himself as both buyer and seller, Jason understands what distinguishes great agents from lousy ones from 'your' perspective.
An avid traveler, Jason relocated to Asheville in the summer of 2022 after a 27,000-mile road trip across North and Central America in his custom-built campervan, in search of the perfect mountain town. As he and his wife Simone (originally from Brevard) prepare to build their new home here in WNC, Jason has refocused his long-standing real estate investment company on undermarketed raw land. Leading by example in his personal and professional real estate endeavors helps Jason better connect with those looking to follow suit – be it clients who wish to purchase the right parcel to build on, land owners who wish to market their parcel for sale, or investors who seek higher returns in a way that makes sense to them.
Perhaps his favorite part of the job – as a former contractor himself – is getting to know local tradesmen in this very special part of Southern Appalachia.
With his limited discretionary time outside family life as a new dad, Jason serves as President of the Board of an HOA in his native PA, manages rental property, and stays active outdoors hiking, trimming wooded parcels, and playing tennis.
